Sqwash glass bowl

Rainbow wrap-and-rake dry bowls handcrafted by Rochester, New York-based artist Sqwash Glass pair vibrant multi-colored linework with her signature artistic details

rap-and-Rake Technique: Sqwash applies a precision wrap-and-rake flame-working technique. After wrapping colored glass rods around the pipe's core, she uses specialized tools to pull (or "rake") the molten glass back and forth, producing dramatic, wave-like or feather-like geometric patterns across the surface.
