Collection: Butane

  • High-Purity Refinement: Refill butane is typically multi-refined (often labeled 5x to 11x filtered) to eliminate non-volatile contaminants and oily residues that would otherwise clog the torch's microscopic jet nozzles and ignition valves.

  • Pressurized Liquid Fuel: Stored as a liquid under moderate pressure, it instantly vaporizes into a gas upon release, producing a clean, odorless, high-temperature blue flame that can reach upwards of 2,400°F (1,300°C).

  • Inverted Filling Requirement: Canisters feature a specialized nozzle designed to mate directly with the torch's intake valve while held completely upside down, ensuring liquid fuel—rather than just vapor—transfers into the internal reservoir.
